Enabling and Fixing Subscriptions

Please Note: The Portal is hosted at redial.bluip.io which is NOT HTTPS and is strongly advised to be accessed from a secure network.

If you receive an email like the one pictured above, go to http://redial.bluip.io and log in with your Broadsoft credentials.

Click "DETAILS" to sort and display inactive subscriptions on top.

If possible, click the "PENCIL" button to edit the subscription and fix the issue.

If you cannot fix the issue, simply click the red "TOGGLE" button to turn the subscription back on.

After you have made the necessary changes, click the "REFRESH" button and re-sort the list to ensure the subscription is ON and you no longer see alerts.
