Introducing Applets
The Dialer has taken the bold and exciting step forward from integrations to create a unified experience for any provider looking to add their own functionality to the Dialer.
Default Applets
Applets made by the Redial team include: Call Center Agent, Hooks, and the Auto Dialer. These are not only useful tools, but are also intended to serve as examples for developers to learn and create their own Applets for the Dialer.
Auto Dialer
The Auto Dialer helps you get through large call lists in as little time as possible by "auto dialing" numbers after number with a short break in between to give the user a chance to notate or take a breather.
The list must be in Excel or CSV spreadsheet files.
To get started:
- Select your spreadsheet file by pressing the "Add File" button
- Select which column is the Name
- Select which column is the Number (dial-out number)
- Set your time-gap (time between calls)
- Click the "Play" button and begin calling
After hanging up, the countdown will begin until it begins dialing the next number on the list until it has no more calls to make.
Users may Pause by pressing the "Stop" button on the top right. Pressing "Play" begins calling from where you left off.
My Call Center
My Call Center keeps things simple. Select your status to change your Presence and let it be known enterprise-wide.
Hooks
Hooks helps users take care of tasks like Google searching, Facebook contact look-ups, and more automatically when a call is received or made. Multi-tasking on whole new level!
Wallboard
Wallboard is an indispensable tool for call center supervisors to keep track of real-time call center data and take action when it is needed.
Clicking on tiles allows users to configure the data being displayed as well as set thresholds that meet their standards.
This tool looks best being displayed on a dedicated television or monitor and make it full screen by clicking the "Full Screen" button located at the top right.
