What is a Service Provider (SP)?
A service provider, in terms to the Dialer, is a VoIP provider that has a Broadsoft/Broadworks (BS) platform. It's what makes the Dialer run.
Do I Need One?
YES! If a Service Provider is not "PICKED" the Dialer will not allow you to login.
Who Do I Pick?
If your Service Provider is part of the Dialer, ZTP will allow you to choose your provider as well as log you in automatically based on your login credentials.
I want to share my "Custom" Service Provider
Contact us via http://voice.redial.io to add your Service Provider. In the near future, this will automatically happen if your Custom Provider successfully logs in.
